Bobby Reynolds

Bobby began his real estate career in the late 70’s after several years in public accounting. He’s been instrumental in over 100 commercial developments including office buildings, shopping centers, free standing restaurants and land developments.

Along the way, he has been hired to manage real estate portfolios for individuals. As a real estate portfolio manager he has handled the supervision of managers on the properties, negotiated lease renewals on behalf of the owner and sold specific assets and replaced them with tax-free exchanges. Bobby has regular meetings with owners to keep everyone updated and long term objectives on track.

Kathy Reynolds

Kathy has been in real estate for over 30 years. She started out in administration, but progressed through the company to assume bigger roles such as site analyst for national restaurants, construction supervisor, and ultimately running a tenant finish company.
